LG will reveal 3D smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2011

LG will unveil what it’s describing as ‘the world’s first 3D smartphone’ at Mobile World Congress later this month.

The LG Optimus 3D will both record and play 3D video. It has a dual-lens camera for 3D recording and has an LCD screen that’ll display 3D video without the need for 3D glasses. There’ll also be HDMI and DLNA connectivity.

We'll be reporting from Barcelona every day during Mobile World Congress. Listen to every broadcast by subscribing to our RSS feed or downloading them via iTunes.
