Mark Shockley to run Motorola's global mobile sales

Motorola has appointed Mark Shockley as 'senior vice president, Global Go-to-Market' for its Mobile Devices business. This means he'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Motorola’s Mobile Device sales operations globally and will report to Sanjay Jha, the Motorola Co-CEO who runs Motorola’s Mobile Devices and Home Business.

Mr Shockley joined Motorola over thirty years ago; his most recent roles have been within Motorola's Mobile Devices organisation.

Dr Jha said "With over 20 years of successfully leading teams across various Motorola businesses in Asia, Latin America, Africa, Europe and North America, Mark is uniquely qualified to lead our Global Go-to-Market organization. Mark brings extensive sales, market and business experience, proven leadership abilities, and in-depth customer knowledge and carrier expertise to his new role. We are confident in his ability to execute on our business objectives."
