Mobile call centre worker suspended after leaving offensive message

One of the customer service advisors at a Vodafone call centre has been suspended after leaving a voicemail message mocking a customer's name. Roger Titman, who had called to cancel his contract, said the person involved clearly hadn't realised the call was being recorded. Mr Titman has received an apology and compensation for the incident.
