The Mobile Marketing Association has elected a new Global Board Executive Committee with Turkcell’s Melis Ertem as its new Global Chair. Federico Pisani Massamormile, the previous chairperson, will remain on the Executive Committee as Chairman Emeritus.
Melis Ertem, who also chairs the MMA’s Europe, Middle East and Africa Regional Executive Committee, said “Mobile Marketing is experiencing explosive growth worldwide, making it imperative that we, as the leading global mobile marketing trade association, continue to work harder and smarter in an effort to develop a mobile marketing industry to meet the demands of marketers and consumers worldwide. I look forward to working with the MMA Global Board and Executive Committee in driving the mobile marketplace to fulfil and exceed on its promise and expectations.”
The MMA is a global non-profit trade association that aims to promote mobile marketing. It currently has over 700 member companies worldwide.
