Mobiles blamed for bedtime woe?

With a headline claiming “Mobiles blamed for bedtime woe”, The Sun warns us that there’s been an increase in “electronic insomnia”. Apparently 16% of Brits regularly suffer from a lack of sleep – but the main causes of insomnia aren’t mobile phones. They’re worries about money, jobs and family. Still, it was a good headline.
