Google-owned Motorola has revealed a new smartphone that it describes as ‘an exceptional phone at an exceptional price’. The Moto G has a 4.5-inch HD screen and runs Android 4.3 on a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor. Other features include a 5 megapixel camera and support for Bluetooth 4.0.
It goes on sale this week in Brazil and parts of Europe including the UK, with availability by the end of the year throughout Latin America, Europe, Canada and parts of Asia. In addition it’ll start selling in the USA, India, the Middle East and other Asian countries in January.
US SIM-free pricing will be from $179 for the 8GB version. A variety of case types and colours will be offered.
