National competitions for Vodafone and Nokia customers

Vodafone has launched a UK-wide competition to promote its Vodafone 360 service. It’s placing 1400 Vodafone circles around the country and is inviting people to submit cameraphone photos of a crowd of people standing on each. There’s a daily prize of £360 for the most people on a Vodafone circle, with a “£36,000 experience of a lifetime” for the overall competition winners. Meanwhile, Nokia has created “the world's largest signpost” alongside London’s Tower Bridge. It’s celebrating the launch of the Nokia N97 mini by asking people to send in their 'Good Things' to http://www.nokia.co.uk/maps and is also letting communities vote for a special one-off gig with Alexandra Burke in their town or city.
