Following the weekend release of the iPad, Apple is now hinting at a new operating system for the iPhone. A number of journalists in the USA have been invited to "get a sneak peek into the future" of the iPhone OS on Thursday this week. Although the invitation doesn't mention the iPad, it seems likely that version 4.0 of the iPhone OS would also run on the new tablet computer.
