New cyberbullying support website launches

A new website has been launched to support the victims of cyberbullying. One in five young people in the UK has been bullied via mobile phone or the internet, yet most victims feel there is no appropriate support. This new support site is called TxtUp StandUp and offers tips from other people who have been cyberbullied. It's also possible to receive regular text updates from the site, which is online at www.txtup.co.uk. TxtUp StandUp is a pilot project for T-Mobile's new The Spark initiative for sharing ideas and dealing with social and environmental issues. [Press release]
