Nokia says alleged securities fraud complaint is "without merit"

Nokia has commented on a 'class action' complaint that was filed against it on 5th February in New York. The complaint alleges securities fraud in connection with statements made by Nokia in 2008 regarding the production and sales of certain mobile devices.

Nokia says it "has reviewed the allegations contained in the complaint and believes that they are without merit". The company plans to defend itself against the complaint.
