Technology company Vertical Computer Systems is taking legal action against Samsung and LG, claiming that a number of Android-based devices infringe its patents.
One of the same patents was involved in a 2007 case when Vertical Computer Systems sued Microsoft; that case was settled with a licensing deal in 2008.
