Ofcom offers 'recession buster' guide for mobile shoppers
Ofcom has produced a 'Recession buster' guide to help consumers find the best mobile deals. It talks about tariffs, contracts, inclusive allowances and choosing a handset. Sadly there's not much mention of independent dealers, but it still includes plenty of other useful basic advice.
