Orange and Barclaycard announce contactless credit card

The partnership between Orange and Barclaycard – announced in March last year – now has a jointly-branded credit card. It uses contactless NFC technology, which allows users to make payments of under £10 by touching their card against a special reader without entering a PIN code. There are SMS text alerts to help track spending and there's also a 'reward point' loyalty scheme.
