Orange to sell mobile phones in HMV
Orange and HMV have agreed a long-term partnership that’ll see Orange promoting its entertainment-rich handsets in a number of HMV stores across the UK. Up to 15 concessions will be created from June 2009, starting with HMV stores in Glasgow, Plymouth and Teesside. Another 85 could be added by Christmas. Similar UK deals in the past saw 3 devices sold in Superdrug stores and Virgin Mobile handsets in Virgin Megastores. [Press release]
