The Palm Pre 2 is now available to buy from Palm’s UK website. It's being sold SIM-free for £399.
This is the first Palm device to hit the UK since HP acquired Palm earlier this year. It runs the new webOS 2.0 operating system and can integrate contact information from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Yahoo!, and Microsoft Exchange. Design is similar to the original Palm Pre, with a 3.1-inch multitouch glass screen, a 5-megapixel camera, a 1GHz processor, Flash-compatible web browser, 16GB of memory and 'Touchstone' magnetic charging.
None of the UK's major mobile networks appear to be offering the Palm Pre 2 at the moment. It launched in France on SFR last month.
