Palm Pre to arrive in the UK on 16th October
O2 UK says the Palm Pre phone will be available from 16th October directly from O2 and also from The Carphone Warehouse, Phones4U and selected O2 Business partners. It’ll be free on a two-year contract costing £34.26 per month and also on 18-month contracts if you pay upwards of £44.05 monthly. Rather like the company’s iPhone deal, there’s an ‘unlimited’ UK data deal via O2’s HSDPA network and The Cloud & BT Openzone WiFi hotspots. [O2 blog]
