It's all rumour and counter-rumour with the Palm Pre at the moment. First it was said that Palm's new smartphone would be on the Vodafone network in the UK. Next, reports from Spain suggested that Telefonica had done a deal that would see it on O2 in the UK. Now What PC reports that those stories about O2 were based on a misunderstanding. So there's still no definite answer.
