Qualcomm Incorporated has agreed to acquire Rapid Bridge LLC, a San Diego-based semiconductor technology business. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the 2011 financial year.
Rapid Bridge’s design team in San Diego and its engineering services operations (spit between San Diego and Bangalore) will be integrated into Qualcomm.
