Research In Motion, the manufacturer of BlackBerry devices, has published its annual results for the fiscal year ending 27th February 2010. Revenue was up 35% year-on-year $15 billion, customer numbers were up 65% year-on-year to over 41 million, and BlackBerry shipments were up over 40% year-on-year to 37 million.

However, although shipments and revenue were up, a number of analysts were reported to have expected more growth from the company. RIM share prices fell by around 5% after the announcement.
