Apple has been granted a preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, according to press reports. This means the device can no longer be distributed anywhere in the European Union (with the exception of the Netherlands).
Apple claims the Galaxy Tab infringes part of the iPad’s design.
