Skype now available for Apple iPhone

An official Skype application for the Apple iPhone has been launched today – and a similar download for BlackBerry devices will be available in a few weeks. The response from the UK's 3 network is to point out that it's offered Skype since 2006 and to say "everyone's still playing catch up with 3":
