Zeemote's Bluetooth joystick saved by Aplix Corporation

Last month Zeemote, which produced an innovative Bluetooth joystick for mobile gaming, put its assets up for sale.

Now we hear that Java technology company Aplix Corporation has acquired those assets. Zeemote will remain at its Massachusetts HQ with a number of key staff and will operate as a subsidiary of Aplix. [Sources: Mobile-Ent.biz; MobileMarketingMagazine.co.uk]
