After that we talk about the GSMA's reaction to national roaming, the potential death of the landline, a new threat to Google, management changes and advertising for 4G data.

The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld complaints about a promotional message from UK virtual network Lycamobile.
A link on Lycamobile’s web site referred to “Unlimited Data, now with 4G”, while an advertisement on the site said “£15 per month ... unlimited data now with 4G”.

International virtual mobile network Lycamobile has appointed Chris Tooley as its new CEO.
He replaces Milind Kangle, who left the company earlier this year.
The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld a complaint about the www.lycamobile.co.uk web site, which referred to various tariffs as offering ‘unlimited’ calls, text messages and mobile data.
Smaller print then said “Unlimited usage is subject to a fair usage of 3000 minutes/texts/MB per month per SIM. Usage in excess of your fair usage allowance will be charged at standard rates.”
