O2 continues its Rugby partnership for another four years

2 UK has extended its partnership with the Rugby Football Union for four more years. It’s been sponsoring the RFU and England Rugby since the game turned professional in 1995.

As part of the new agreement, O2 will extend its Priority service to give customers priority access to tickets for England matches at Twickenham stadium.

Alcatel One Touch is an official partner for the Tour de France

The Alcatel One Touch brand, owned by TCL Communication, has signed a three-year partnership with Amaury Sport Organisation for the Tour de France and a number of other major cycling events.

It makes Alcatel one of the official partners for the cycling competition in 2011, 2012 and the 100th Tour de France in 2013.

Orange to sponsor UEFA Euro 2012 football championships

The 2012 European Football Championships – better known as UEFA Euro 2012 – will have Orange as an official sponsor.

In addition, Orange Poland will work with Telekomunikacja Polska (TP) to provide fixed and wireless telecommunications service in Poland for the event.

Vodafone extends its F1 partnership with McLaren

Vodafone has extended its partnership with the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 racing team; a relationship that began three years ago.

The existing sponsorship deal will now run until the end of the 2013 Formula 1 championship calendar, with Vodafone expanding from being 'mobile partner' to 'total communications partner' of Vodafone McLaren Mercedes.
