Telecomms distributor Nimans acquires Rocom

Manchester-based distributor Nimans has acquired one of its competitors – Rocom, formerly part of the ATC Group – for £12.45 million. Both companies, which were founded in the 1980s, will retain their branding and customer-facing operations. The combined business will have 400 staff and a turnover approaching £100 million.
