UK mobile complaints drop two-thirds in 12 months

Telecomms regulator Ofcom has just published its latest quarterly complaints data. Mobile mis-selling has fallen from over 600 complaints in February 2008 to less than 200 in February 2009. 'Mis-selling' covers a range of misleading or aggressive activities including 'slamming ', where customers are switched to another company without their consent. [PDF report]
