UK mobile parking provider RingGo acquires US rival

RingGo, which is used for around three-quarters of all the UK’s pay-by-phone parking, has acquired US-based iControl Mobile. It’ll trade under the iControl name for a short while before moving to the RingGo brand. iControl’s existing management will continue to run the business.

Amie Devero, iControl Mobile Managing Director, said “This is a terrific development for both iControl Mobile and Cobalt [the company that set up RingGo]. We are incredibly proud to bring RingGo to the US market, and delighted to offer such a wide range of benefits to our customers."
