The first prepay Android phone arrives next month
September’s new handset frenzy continues. T-Mobile has just announced the T-Mobile Pulse, an Android-powered smartphone that’ll arrive in October and will be the first ‘pay as you go’ Android device. The glossy black phone is made by Huawei and has a 3.5-inch touch-screen. [T-Mobile Twitpic feed]
