Symbian Foundation now has 78 members
The Symbian Foundation, which looks after the Symbian mobile phone operating system, has added 14 new members including HP, MySpace and SanDisk. This gives it a total of 78 members compared with the 47 members of the Android-focussed Open Handset Alliance - although a number of companies are members of both. [Sources: Silicon.com; vnunet.com]
