In the week that the Apple iPhone caught up with other smartphones by adding MMS and 'cut & paste', Windows Mobile has announced plans to support widgets; one of the iPhone’s most popular features. The forthcoming Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system will let developers create 'Windows Mobile Widgets', according to an entry on the Windows Mobile team blog.
