Four new Acer smartphones in the next six months

Computer manufacturer Acer has published its Q1 2010 results today. Revenue, income and profits were all up year-on-year.

When it comes to mobile phones, Acer promises four new smartphone models in Q2/Q3, along with a range of 3G-enabled 'mobile internet devices' (MIDs) by the end of May. The company revealed its first mobile handsets last year and is also expected to open an app store later this year.
