HP and Oracle say they're still friends (despite Mark Hurd's move)

HP and Oracle have resolved their legal action following the move of former HP CEO Mark Hurd to Oracle. The terms of the settlement are confidential. In addition, they've reaffirmed their long-term partnership - which is responsible for over 140,000 shared customers.

Cathie Lesjak, chief financial officer and interim chief executive officer at HP, said "HP and Oracle have been important partners for more than 20 years and are committed to working together to provide exceptional products and service to our customers. We look forward to collaborating with Oracle in the future."
