The Carphone Warehouse has published a trading update for the second quarter, confirming that the separation of TalkTalk and Best Buy Europe is due to be completed by the end of March 2010. It’s also still planning to open its first ‘big box’ Best Buy Europe stores in Spring 2010. Connections across the Best Buy Europe business (of which Carphone Warehouse has a 50% share) were up 2% to 3.17 million. [Press release]
