A report in Mobile News says business-to-business dealer Olive Comunications, which had its T-Mobile dealership agreement terminated in June last year, is going to court after talks with T-Mobile broke down last week. It had already churned many of its T-Mobile customs to rival networks and had previously said it was suing T-Mobile for more than £1 million in lost earnings and unpaid commissions, although it seems that it had been working towards an out-of-court settlement instead.
