It looks as though the Ultra-Mobile PC could be making a comeback.

Fujitsu has announced a new device called the Windows 7 F-07C mobile phone. It’s 125mm × 61mm × 19.8mm with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and weighs 218g, running Windows 7 Home Premium on a 1.2GHz Intel Atom processor. The phone will go on sale in Japan from tomorrow; there’s currently no suggestion of a European launch.

The F-07C mobile phone will be offered by the NTT DOCOMO network. It’ll be supplied with a two-year Microsoft Office Personal 2010 licence and is believed to be the world’s smallest Windows 7 PC.
