IMImobile takes over mobile services company WIN plc

IMImobile, one of India's largest and fastest-growing mobile technology companies, has acquired UK-based mobile content and services provider WINplc. The resulting company will have a global workforce of over 600 people. Former WIN CEO Graham Rivers will become an Executive Director of IMImobile.

WIN’s systems currently manage 40 million text messages and 4 million picture & video messages every month for a wide range of operator and enterprise clients.
