Takeover of WIN seems to be moving closer

A takeover of UK mobile technology company WIN plc seems to be increasingly likely. Last week WIN directors recommended accepting an offer of 141p per share from IMI mobile; today it's reported that private equity group ECI Partners is offering 150p per share. ECI's plan would merge WIN with Mobile Interactive Group (MIG).
