Ovivo Mobile looks to online crowdsourcing for additional investors

UK mobile virtual network operator Ovivo Mobile is using online investment platform Crowdcube to find new financial backers. Ovivo, which was founded by Dariush Zand last year, offers its customers a bundle of free calls, text messages and data usage each month.

The company is aiming to raise £150,000 in exchange for 7.5% of equity, valuing the business at £2 million.

Investors can choose a series of amounts from £200 to £5000, with each level offering additional benefits.

We spoke to Dariush Zand, founder and CEO of Ovivo Mobile, in May last year. You can listen to the interview via the built-in audio player on our website or by downloading the MP3 file.
