US mobile social network Limbo has published its latest Mobile Advertising Report, which shows that one in ten mobile phone users in the US used a location-based service in Q4 2008. (This rises to 22% of 25 to 34-year-olds). iPhone users are more than three times as likely as non-iPhone users to use location-based services or a location-based social network. In addition, 33% percent of mobile consumers (and 41% of iPhone users) remembered seeing ads on their phones during the quarter. [Press release]
