12-megapixel Sony Ericsson Satio withdrawn from sale
The Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U have both temporarily stopped selling the Sony Ericsson Satio smartphone in the UK due to a significant number of faulty devices being returned by customers. The fault is causes the phone to switch off when some applications are selected.
Other retailers are still selling the Satio handset, which has a 12.1-megapixel camera and uses the Symbian operating system. [Sources: Telegraph.co.uk; ZDNet.co.uk]
