Apple challenges Nokia patent claim
Apple and Nokia’s legal battle has taken another turn this week. Apple is challenging one of Nokia’s patents from Nokia’s September 2010 complaint, arguing that the Nokia patent isn’t valid.
The lawsuit from Apple has been filed in the High Court in London.
