Mobile security solution specialist Good Technology has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering.
However, it’s not confirmed how much the company will be valued at for this stock market flotation.

A study carried out in France between 2004 and 2006 has found a potential association between mobile phone use and nervous system tumours (gliomas and meningiomas) in adults.
It’s been published in the June edition of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Carphone Warehouse Group plc and Dixons Retail plc have agreed to merge the two companies into a new business called Dixons Carphone plc.
Shareholders of each company will own 50% each of the new business.
