A number of people who’ve brought the new Apple iPhone 6 Plus have taken to social media to complain about the ease with which their smartphone appears to bend.
It’s claimed that the thinner chassis of the largest-ever iPhone is making it much easier for users to inadvertently bend their new phones if they put them in the front or back pockets of trousers.

Millennial Media has used data from its mobile advertising platform, which processes billions of mobile ad requests every month, and compiled them in a new Mobile Mix study that focuses on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa device markets.
It reports that 81% of the European population has a mobile phone, with 42% owning smartphones. The overall figures for EMEA are 65% mobile penetration and 25% with a smartphone.

Apple has announced two new handsets today: the iPhone 6, which has a 4.7-inch display, and the iPhone 6 Plus with a 5.5-inch display.
As well as the two new phones, Apple showed off the Apple Watch, which many had expected to be called the iWatch.
