No, I don't mean the hard nosed, foot in the door double-glazing, second-hand car or mobile phone types (no offence!), I mean EVERYONE! Selling is a concept as much as it is a profession.

118800 has suspended its mobile phone directory enquiry service while it’s being improved. It's thought the problem could be caused by the number of people wanting to opt-out; The Telegraph reported that 'thousands' of people were removing their details. A fixed-line directory service is still available from the company.
