It's time for another round-up of the week's mobile industry news.
Two of the recurring themes we've encountered in the last few months are legal action and partnerships. This week's legal story involves a conflict between Huawei and ZTE, while the partnership news sees RIM working with Microsoft. Yes, you may well raise your eyebrows. It seems Nokia-loving Microsoft is also a friend of the BlackBerry.

This week's podcast returns to the subject of iPhone tracking before moving on to BlackBerry news, Nokia's reorganisation and mobile payments. There's also a look back to 2008, when virtual network Blyk announced its first 100,000 UK customers.

Microsoft and Research In Motion have announced a partnership that'll see new BlackBerry devices using Bing as the default search and map application.
It means that Bing will be the search app and map app for the new BlackBerry Playbook.

RIM has used the first day of the BlackBerry World 2011 event to announce two new BlackBerry Bold smartphones: the Bold 9900 and Bold 9930.
They're the first touch-screen BlackBerry Bold models and are also the first to run the BlackBerry 7 operating system. Both will be available from the summer.

Research In Motion has updated its 'financial guidance' for the current financial quarter that ends on 28th May 2011.
The company says earnings per share are likely to be lower than the figures previously forecasted.
