Customers of O2 UK can now buy iTunes codes and charge them directly to their mobile phone account, whether a ‘pay monthly’ bill or ‘pay as you go’ credit.
The iTunes codes can then be used to purchase music, apps, books and videos.

Customers who paid in advance for an iPhone 6 from Phones 4u have now been told they won’t receive a refund.
The UK retailer had taken advance orders for three days before going into administration earlier this month.

Last November, the European Aviation Safety Agency announced plans to permit the use of mobile phones and other personal electronic devices in ‘Flight Mode’ during taxiing, take-off and landing as well as throughout commercial flights.
It’s now introduced new rules that allow these electronic devices - including tablets, smartphones, eBook readers and mp3 players - to be used in their regular ‘connected’ mode when on an aircraft.

A number of people who’ve brought the new Apple iPhone 6 Plus have taken to social media to complain about the ease with which their smartphone appears to bend.
It’s claimed that the thinner chassis of the largest-ever iPhone is making it much easier for users to inadvertently bend their new phones if they put them in the front or back pockets of trousers.

BlackBerry has announced a brand new smartphone: the BlackBerry Passport.
It’s equipped with a square screen and has a physical QWERTY keyboard. Each key has a touch-sensitive surface, which means the keyboard can also be used in a similar way to a trackpad.
