Looking forward to Apps World 2014

We’re delighted to be a media partner to Apps World 2014. This year Apps World has outgrown its previous home and is moving to ExCeL London, alongside the River Thames. There’ll be over 350 exhibitors and even more workshops than before, with a number of free conference sessions alongside premium options.

Windows Phone expected to push BlackBerry out of third place in the UK

The number of people using Windows-based smartphones in the UK is expected to overtake the number of BlackBerry users this year, according to a new report from digital marketing specialist eMarketer.

It anticipates the number of BlackBerry users dropping by 35.2% this year to 2.4 million, with an even steeper drop in 2015 to just 1.4 million users.

SMS Audio, the audio brand co-founded by Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson, is working with Intel Corporation on a headphone system that’ll incorporate biometric sensors.

Its forthcoming 'SMS Audio BioSport In-Ear Headphones powered by Intel' will include an optical heart rate monitor to collect fitness data.
