Nokia has followed up its recent legal action against Apple by filing a complaint with the USA's International Trade Commission.

Nokia says its new rugged Nokia 3720 classic will be available this summer following a recent online video 'teaser' campaign. The IP-54 certified mobile phone is designed to resist water, dust and shock thanks to a locking battery cover and a sealed casing.
