Apple and Motorola reported to have settled legal cases in the USA

Apple and Google-owned Motorola Mobility have agreed to end their current legal actions in the USA, according to a number of reports. The cases, which involved the alleged infringement of smartphone-related patents, began in 2010.

However, the agreement is said not to include a patent cross-licensing deal.

Both companies have also apparently agreed to work together on patent reform.
