France Telecom reveals new management team

France Telecom, the parent company of Orange UK, has revealed a new management team that'll be in place from 6th April. There are a number of promotions and external appointments.

Stéphane Richard will become Chief Executive Officer of France Telecom-Orange on 1st March 2010, taking the role from Didier Lombard who will remain as chairman. Mr Richard will keep his position as Head of Operations in France.

Jean-Yves Larrouturou and Jean-Philippe Vanot will be appointed as Deputy CEOs with responsibilities for specific parts of the business. Gervais Pellissier will continue as Deputy CEO and will also be in charge of the joint venture with T-Mobile UK in the UK.
